I have been around books and writing my entire life.

I wrote my first poem when I was five years old. As a child, I was never without a stack of books to read. In my professional career I have been a bookseller, college textbook buyer and a librarian assistant.

My maternal great great grandmother, Catherine Beggs Galvin, was a poet and school teacher in Ireland. Her son, my great uncle Jimmy Galvin, was a newspaper editor.

My paternal grandfather, Manfred B. Lee, along with his cousin Frederic Dannay, was the writing team that authored the best-selling Ellery Queen mystery novels.

Writing is in my blood.

I have always had an interest in the paranormal. My brothers would tell me stories of Big Foot, aliens and vampires and my grandmother introduced me to television shows like Fantasy Island and Ripley's Believe It or Not, and psychics like Nostradomas, Jeane Dixon and Sylvia Brown.

Following childhood trauma and an inevitable divorce at age thirty-two, I began a journey to find myself for the first time as an adult. I went to bookstores and relgious and spiritual shops picking up anything and everything that interested me.

As I began to heal, I noticed I was drawn more and more to things that made me question not just my own beliefs, but the entire existence of the Universe and beyond. I found myself getting psychic readings and energy healings and attending mediumship parties. I longed to hear from my grandmother, who passed when I was twenty-one. As many answers as I was receiving, more and more questions would come.

In 2009, I was told I was receiving messages from the Divine. This was the same psychic party I was attending where my grandmother finally made an appearance. The short but powerful message I received that day validated my journey thus far, and set my life on an unexpected course.

I began looking into this revelation that I indeed was receiving psychic messages. I read and practiced, I attended classes and workshops. My brother bought me my first deck of tarot cards and I began reading them for myself.

I did this for years, experimenting with more and more decks of tarot and oracle cards. In 2013, I saw my first spirit and that moment changed my life forever. Within a year I became a certified angel card reader and started my Divine business by giving others readings.

My psychic gifts continued to evolve and I am now also a psychic medium, Reiki Master & Teacher, and certified Spiritual Counselor.

I never lost my passion for writing. I combine these two loves and hope that through both can inspire you to heal from the dark and embrace your light.
